POSTING AND MODERATION RULES

The main objective of Forum for Exchange of Export and Import Experiences is to provide you with the opportunity to network with manufacturers, exporters, importers and others with the interest of trade.

In Forum you can discuss business etiquette and practices with business professionals around the world, and share ideas on how to build relationships, and communicate with potential trade partners from different countries.

Forum is the meeting place for our registered users and members. We will encourage the flow of discussions, tips and advises between you, even though it sometimes may not quite match with our own views and opinions.

However, if we find any topics, items and discussions not suitable for the Forum, we will take necessary measures to prevent inappropriate postings of such information:

• User content cannot contain personal or private information concerning any person or entity, without limitation, phone numbers or addresses, email addresses, credit and/or debit cards, user account numbers/passwords, financial information, home phone numbers, or home addresses.
• User content cannot be or otherwise resample Dragonicum Trade Leads, Selling or Buying leads, Company Directory, or Company Profiles
• User content cannot contain postings of buying or selling information
• User content cannot contain advertisements, pornography, online drug sale, make money fast schemes, credit monitoring services, online loan or refinancing, pyramid or chain letters, fraudulent or criminal offers, including, but not limited to, registering email addresses, postings with the goal of harassment of others, sexual requests, racial, ethnic or religious slurs of comments, harassment, unsolicited advertising (whether it is commercial or informational), unsolicited emails or advertisements, adult and dating service advertisements.
• User content cannot contain threats of bodily harm, extortion or blackmail
• User content cannot contain postings for publishing, selling, exchanging, distributing or using others people’s and/or another User’s personal information.
• User content cannot be posted on behalf of other people or companies
• User content cannot be posted on behalf of Dragonicum
• User content cannot contain slanderous statements, swearing, or anything that might violate someone’s privacy
• User content cannot engage in political discussion
• User content cannot interfere with Dragonicum’s operations, cause any damage to, or in any way abuse or violate the security and integrity of the Dragonicum system.

Dragonicum has the right to delete the above-mentioned content posted by the user without notifying the poster. Dragonicum routinely checks all listings for profanity and other questionably contents. Profanity will not be tolerated, and it will result in the removal of your listing and a violation being placed on your account.

If the Profanity is extreme, defamatory, threatening, or contains racial or ethnic slurs, hate messages, false and wrongful accusations against other users, or misrepresentations etc, it will result in immediate permanent removal of your account.

Dragonicum respects and appreciate the work of others. For us, co-operation is based on dialogue, openness and mutual trust.

We hope you will be a regular user of the Forum; participate in discussions, bring up subjects for discussions yourself, and provide information which you believe can be useful for others to read.
