SINAI DESERT ADVENTURE 6 DAYS
Day 1
At 07:30 we will pick you up in your Hotel in Cairo. Afterwards we will drive to Abu Zenima, where we will have a break. Then we head on to visit the temple and the turquoise mines at Serabit El-Chadim. Upon our decent we reach the site of our Bedouin camp. Dinner and over night stay.
Day 2
We start crossing through the heart of Sinai to reach the Forest of Pillars, which resembles pillars standing out in the desert, driving on we reach the palm groves of the deserted oasis of Wadi Firan, we will visit the Monastery of Nuns and proceed to St. Catherine.
Dinner and Accommodation: Hotel.
Day 3
Wake up at midnight. We start our trip to Mount Moses. After reaching the area, we start our walk up to the 2285 m high mountain. We enjoy the sunrise from one of the highest summits of Sinai. Afterwards we visit St. Catherine’s Monastery, head towards Nuweiba. Dinner and over night stay in a camp.
Day 4
We drive over the Wadi Watir to the Coloured canyon. You will see some of the beauty of the desert and the mountains of the Sinai up close. The canyon itself is quite narrow at some points. Drive to Dahab. In the afternoon free time to enjoy the Red Sea beaches.
Accommodation: Hotel: Dinner in a local Restaurant.
Day 5
Bath and shopping day in Dahab.
Day 6
Drive back to Cairo or extended vacation in Dahab.
